Bigger than one person.
This door shifts the question. Eve’s story is no longer held only in one body, one moment, or one decision.
Here the frame widens toward the systems that translate harm into procedure, headlines, doubt, silence and delay. The page is meant to feel less like a private room and more like a public hearing.

Door 22 – Bigger Than One Person
At first, a story like Eve’s can seem to belong to one life alone — one woman, one accusation, one set of choices, one version of events.
But the closer you look, the less private it becomes. The language around her is familiar. The doubt is familiar. The appetite for scrutiny is familiar. The urge to ask what she did, what she wore, how she sounded, why she stayed, why she spoke, why she didn’t speak sooner — all of it has been rehearsed before.
So this door asks whether Eve is standing alone at all, or whether she has been placed inside a structure already built to measure, contain and mistrust her. Not one person on trial, but a pattern dressed up as common sense.
